Partners
Prior to joining the firm, Naa Dei worked at N Dowuona & Co, a corporate and commercial law firm in Ghana where she worked on several large financial market transactions, dealt with tax matters on behalf of clients particularly related to international structuring, listed security transactions, transfer pricing and tax implications of corporate decisions. She has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Gh) Ltd as a transactions advisor, a role that equipped her with strong financial and analytical skills. She worked on several complex liquidations, insolvency and restructuring assignments as well as corporate finance transactions. Notable among them are the liquidations of Ghana Airways Ltd and Plant Pool Ltd as well as several due diligence assignments involving large public bodies such as Merchant Bank Ghana and the Volta River Authority (VRA).
Naa is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She holds a Professional Baccalaureate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law; a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana Faculty of Law; and a BA in Psychology and Economics, from the University of Ghana (Legon). Naa is an experienced Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and undergoing a charter from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT).

During her LLB days she took up many student leadership positions including Chief Justice of Volta Hall and Justice of the SCR Judicial Board.
Before joining our team, she interned severally with the Judicial Service of Ghana where she familiarised herself with the workings of the Ghanaian judicial system. She also interned with Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors, and CQ Legal and Consulting where she worked on Fintech, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Defamation matters. Clara has maintained her interest in these areas and is now exploring the areas of Tax, Privacy, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Corporate Insolvency as well.
Prior to being called to the Ghana Bar, she worked at the Academic Quality Assurance Unit at the University of Ghana. She also undertook her mandatory internship at the Ghana Revenue Authority. She has an interest in Taxation Law as well as Company and Commercial Law.
Her favorite quote is by Albert Einstein which states “Strive not to be a success but rather to be of value”. Her hobbies include singing, reading, and taking trips to various new places to enjoy new cultures.
Gideon is an expert in Corporate Governance and has supported in the incorporation and governance framework of companies, both international and local, along with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. Gideon manages registrations and relationships with the Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC), the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS), Minerals Commission among others. Gideon has assisted clients with varied registrations, work and residence permit applications, tax exemptions assistance, and tier 1 and tier 2 issues, amongst other compliance matters.
With a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements, Gideon ensures that businesses adhere to corporate governance standards and meets all compliance obligations to limit the risk of incurring avoidable penalties.
Jerry's competence lies in the preparation of payrolls, Tier 1 and Tier 2, incorporation of companies and tax related issues. He has successfully registered companies with the Ghana Revenue Authority and Trademark Registry.
Jerry’s interest is in Taxation, Management Accounting and Company Law.
Racheal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from the University of Ghana, Legon and a certificate in Administrative Management Skills from the Management Development and Productivity Institute, MDPI.
Prior to Audrey Grey, Racheal worked with Q-T Estates Development Ltd and assisted with the management of facilities, thus, has significant experience in property management.
Racheal enjoys planning, organizing and managing projects. She is aspiring to be a certified Human Resource Practitioner.
