AudreyGrey is a legal, tax and professional services firm providing corporate law, tax advisory and compliance, company secretarial, regulatory compliance and strategic advisory services to local and international corporations looking to enter Ghana. Our areas of focus include corporate and commercial law, taxation, labour, immigration, compliance and insolvency law as well as the accounting and finance aspects of these functions. Our team aims to create value for our clients and ensure them a seamless entry into preferred markets while ensuring that they operate at their optimal capacity. AudreyGrey undertakes work for companies doing business in Ghana and across the globe. We advise on a wide range of commercial transactions from structuring through to commencement or incorporation to every stage of the corporate business cycle. We provide specialist legal, tax and financial advice during mergers, acquisitions, finance raising etc.

Our team has a bias for compliance, taxation, labour and restructuring and have built an excellent practice in these areas. We have been involved in offering advice to clients at all stages of their business cycle.

With a firm grounding in corporate law, finance and taxation, we understand the business and seek to ensure that our clients are well informed to make those difficult decisions that affect their business.

Audrey Naa Dei Kotey is a senior attorney at AudreyGrey. Her areas of focus are corporate and commercial law, financial markets law, corporate restructuring and insolvency, banking & finance and taxation. Naa’s experience includes advising on a wide range of transactions relating to capital markets, acquisitions, finance raising, regulatory compliance, property and tax structuring, related tax matters such as amnesty, appeals etc and undertaking negotiations with the Authorities. She has recently advised on assessments issued by the Revenue Authorities to high net worth individuals. Naa has also advised on the implementation of an employee compensation scheme for a regional project management company and the structuring of an investment vehicle involving complex tax and accounting issues for an international consortium of contractors. She has also assisted in conducting buyer due diligence for large international corporate institutions and on effective structuring of companies entering into the Ghanaian economy.

Prior to joining the firm, Naa Dei worked at N Dowuona & Co, a corporate and commercial law firm in Ghana where she worked on several large financial market transactions, dealt with tax matters on behalf of clients particularly related to international structuring, listed security transactions, transfer pricing and tax implications of corporate decisions. She has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Gh) Ltd as a transactions advisor, a role that equipped her with strong financial and analytical skills. She worked on several complex liquidations, insolvency and restructuring assignments as well as corporate finance transactions. Notable among them are the liquidations of Ghana Airways Ltd and Plant Pool Ltd as well as several due diligence assignments involving large public bodies such as Merchant Bank Ghana and the Volta River Authority (VRA).

Naa is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She holds a Professional Baccalaureate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law; a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana Faculty of Law; and a BA in Psychology and Economics, from the University of Ghana (Legon). Naa is an experienced Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and undergoing a charter from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT).

Clara Keshia Naa Abeka Mettle-Nunoo is an Associate at Audrey Grey. She is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She holds a Professional Baccalaureate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from the University of Ghana Faculty of Law.
During her LLB days she took up many student leadership positions including Chief Justice of Volta Hall and Justice of the SCR Judicial Board.
Before joining our team, she interned severally with the Judicial Service of Ghana where she familiarised herself with the workings of the Ghanaian judicial system. She also interned with Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors, and CQ Legal and Consulting where she worked on Fintech, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Defamation matters. Clara has maintained her interest in these areas and is now exploring the areas of Tax, Privacy, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Corporate Insolvency as well.
Akua Frimpomaa Safo

Akua Frimpomaa Safo is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Psychology. She also has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Qualifying certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. Akua was called to the Ghanaian Bar in November 2022.
Prior to being called to the Ghana Bar, she worked at the Academic Quality Assurance Unit at the University of Ghana. She also undertook her mandatory internship at the Ghana Revenue Authority. She has an interest in Taxation Law as well as Company and Commercial Law.
Her favorite quote is by Albert Einstein which states “Strive not to be a success but rather to be of value”. Her hobbies include singing, reading, and taking trips to various new places to enjoy new cultures.
Gideon Gameli Apomah

Gideon Gameli Apomah is an Associate who focused on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and human resource development from the University of Ghana, Legon. Currently, Gideon is enrolled in the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise.
Gideon is an expert in Corporate Governance and has supported in the incorporation and governance framework of companies, both international and local, along with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. Gideon manages registrations and relationships with the Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC), the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS), Minerals Commission among others. Gideon has assisted clients with varied registrations, work and residence permit applications, tax exemptions assistance, and tier 1 and tier 2 issues, amongst other compliance matters.
With a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements, Gideon ensures that businesses adhere to corporate governance standards and meets all compliance obligations to limit the risk of incurring avoidable penalties.
Jerry Dornu Sappor

Jerry Dornu Sappor is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Jerry is the accountant of the firm who focuses on Tax and other regulatory compliance matters. He is currently enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana.
Jerry's competence lies in the preparation of payrolls, Tier 1 and Tier 2, incorporation of companies and tax related issues. He has successfully registered companies with the Ghana Revenue Authority and Trademark Registry.
Jerry’s interest is in Taxation, Management Accounting and Company Law.
Racheal Seddoh

Racheal is the head of Administration and Human Resources for AudreyGrey. She spearheads the day-to-day administrative needs of the firm, ensuring that the team is empowered to work efficiently and serve our clients effectively. Racheal is also responsible for ensuring that clients and visitors receive the best customer service. She also joins the corporate services team to provide tailored corporate services and consultancy to our clients.
Racheal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from the University of Ghana, Legon and a certificate in Administrative Management Skills from the Management Development and Productivity Institute, MDPI.
Prior to Audrey Grey, Racheal worked with Q-T Estates Development Ltd and assisted with the management of facilities, thus, has significant experience in property management.
Racheal enjoys planning, organizing and managing projects. She is aspiring to be a certified Human Resource Practitioner.
