Industry Engagement and Recognition

In 2023, Audrey was awarded a certificate of recognition by the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors in appreciation of her contributions to the enactment of the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act, 2020 (Act 1015) and the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). She served as the lead consultant during the drafting and stakeholder consultation processes that culminated in the passage of the Regulations to the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act.

He is the founding editor of the Ghana Law Hub, an online platform dedicated to advancing Ghanaian legal thought and scholarship.

He has also served for several years as an external author for Lexis Assure, LexisNexis’ flagship compliance product, providing expert commentary on Ghana’s legal and regulatory landscape.

Ransford is an experienced chartered accountant with over 13 years’ experience in providing accounting, audit, assurance and business advisory services to clients operating in several industries both locally and internationally.

Prior to joining Audrey Greys team, Ransford was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ghana). An experience in which he formed part of the team liquidating the defunct national carrier Ghana Airways Ltd, Plant Pool ltd etc. In this role, he also undertook several forensic investigations, business valuations, independent business reviews and due diligence projects. Ransford was a Senior Manager for Audit and Assurance at A.D & Associates (Chartered Accountants) and the Finance Manager of K-Net Ltd.

He is a senior manager at Synergy Management Consulting and has conducted training in Accounting, Audit and Taxation for senior management in various organisations. Ransford has also served as the Manager for Audit Quality and Compliance Monitoring at the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
