Beyt al Chai leaves Bluebay Portfolio

Stone Town, Zanzibar – The Directors of Inn on the Square Company Limited (trading as Beyt al Chai) take this opportunity to advise you that the lease which the company has held for many years will come to an end  on 31st March 2013.

In addition the property has been sold by the previous owner to new owners who will take over on 1st April 2013.

At this time of writing we have no particular information about the plans of the new owners but it is not expected that the hotel will re-open on 1st April and that in all probability the new owners will want to carry out some re-furbishment before re-opening later.

Accordingly we have to advise you that we will not be able to accept any booking for Beyt al Chai for the period after 1st April 2013.

At present, as we have explained, we do not have up-to-date communication details for you to contact the new owners.

As soon as these comes to hand we will send the details to you.

We thank you for the support over the years which you have given to Beyt al Chai and we hope that you will give us added support at Bluebay Beach Resort and Spa and at Sultan Sands Island Resort in Kiwengwa, Zanzibar.
