In order to enhance the safari experience of each and every person who joins one of their East Africa safaris, Cheli & Peacock has created a Guest Relations Department and launched a brand-new fleet of Mercedes Vito Nairobi transfer vehicles for the ultimate in guest comfort.

From the first moment that guests arrive in East Africa, the company cherishes the opportunity to create memories of a lifetime.

Guest Relations, Operations and Driver-Guide teams work hand-in-hand for the duration of every safari to make sure that each guest’s safari experience is taken to an even greater height.

Driver-Guides meet guests on arrival at the airport and ensure their safe and comfortable transfer in a Mercedes Vito transfer vehicle.

A Guest Relations officer also meets each guest upon arrival to conduct a pre-safari briefing, ensure smooth check-in at Nairobi hotels, and facilitate check-in for domestic flights to onward destinations in Kenya and Tanzania.

Operations ensures that all guest requirements and special requests are met throughout the safari, updating hotels, lodges and safari camps along the way and expediting smooth transfer between properties and safari destinations.
