It’s not too early to start thinking about trekking the “W” Trail in Chile’s Torres del Paine National Park during the 2020-2021 summer season that starts towards the end of this year.

Fantastico Sur makes it easy to experience the massive granite towers that give the legendary park its name. Walk alongside the breathtaking Cuernos del Paine, gaze up at the amazing natural shapes of the Francés Valley, and get up close and personal with Grey Glacier — southernmost tip of the Patagonia’s Southern Ice Fields.

Rates for a five-day/four-night trek along the “W” Trail start at US$915 per person.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Transportation from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine, lodging at Central Sector.

Day 2: Hike to Las Torres Base, lodging at Central Sector.

Day 3: Hike to the Francés Sector, lodging at Francés Sector.

Excursion Valle Frances, Los Cuernos

Day 4: Hike to the Francés Valley, lodging at Paine Grande Sector.

Day 5: Hike to Grey Glacier Lookout Point, catamaran across Pehoé Lake, return to Puerto Natales.
