EcoTraining challenges you to redefine your idea of freedom. As nature lovers, you might just find your freedom in the heart of the African Bush, where conservation and nature unite.

“Our days are only regulated by the rising and setting of the sun, and this just allows us to get back in tune with nature and embrace freedom,” says EcoTraining instructor Richard Davis.

Imagine walking in the footsteps of a field guide or diving deep into the intricate ecosystems that make up Mother Nature. Whether you’re a budding conservationist or simply an outdoor, wildlife or nature enthusiast, EcoTraining offers you the key to your version of freedom.

Subjects like wilderness medicine, animal tracking, advanced rifle handling, guiding and advanced birding are taught through exciting wilderness walks and game drives, as well as interesting lectures in their open-air bush classroom at camps in South Africa, Botswana and Kenya.

Some of the courses also include a placement program at an African safari property to develop your newly acquired skills and gain real-world experience in the field.

At the end of the courses, graduates walk away with practical experience in the safari industry, various certificates and invaluable knowledge.
