While Cheli & Peacock are world-renowned as safari specialists, they can also help you reach the top of Africa’s highest mountain — a nine-day Mount Kilimanjaro Conquest climbing safari — a gradual and breathtakingly beautiful trek to the roof of Africa.

Highlights:

  • A more leisurely route that allows for acclimatization.
  • Ascend through afro-montane forest to the edge of the remnants of Shira volcano and avoid the crowds.
  • Circumnavigate Kibo (the main peak) passing some spectacular features such as giant steps and glacial valleys.
  • Final night-time ascent of the Uhuru Peak via Stella Point.
  • Descent via the Mweka Route
  • Professional, experienced mountain guides with first-class safety objectives including the latest technology, training, tools, communication and support
  • Available year-round
