Over the next few months we provided support & sponsorship where we could by providing Building repairs, maintenance & management, collections & deliveries of goods
This enlightening approach touched and influenced us to go on to form new partnerships with common goals, creating Nurturing Limitless Talent.

EDUCATION
Our mission is to provide young people with the facilities, class & workshop programmes that inspire, preparing them for their journey in the working environment & career choices.
We mentor and train students in key areas such as safe working practices, CV building and interview techniques that will aid them in both the education and employment sector.
We support each Mentee, guiding them to take ownership of their lives, also to be able to take the driving seat in the relationship within their mentors, drawing out knowledge and experience as required.

Our mentors are open, honest and welcoming to enable and empower the mentee to talk openly and honestly in order to assist the Mentee to take charge of their development and their environment.
To allow this transition the importance of interpersonal skills is essential. These skills include effective verbal communication, listening, questioning and understanding in order to extract and use the required information from the Mentor.
The Mentoring relationship can be a very powerful positive experience. It enables and develops a greater sense of confidence, enhancing the personal and developmental skills of both parties
to make sure the experience/relationship is a success.
THE QUADRANT TRADE WORKSHOP:
Is our take of delivering modernised cutting edge construction trades to a fine degree.
We have designed this program based on our experience working within the building and construction industry.
We have devised a very fast and effective means of exposure via everyday situations and challenges of a trades person at work.
Our aim for this workshop is to provide as many applicants as we can with core skills to gain a good understanding of the construction industry leading them to gain employment, work experience & life skills.

Our long term dream is to provide good sports facilities and programmes to ensure that people of all backgrounds, age and gender have equal opportunities to participate in sports across the board.
Our aim is to run different programmes within our hub, NLTC are currently organising to deliver activities for students aged 16-21.
We will be supporting the youth of both in & out of primary/secondary schools, as well as other alternative education centres.
By providing personal support we will influence and encourage motivation to inspire future generations within the sports & fitness field.
These programmes will address a range of issues from healthy lifestyles to day to day exercise & general well being.

FOOD & NUTRITION
NLT Community will provide courses and programmes educating people on the importance of Food & Nutrition. We will be covering basic and major nutrients which the body needs to perform vital functions on a daily basis.
Sessions will include discussions on the benefits of organic products vs ordinary products and vegan alternatives speeches from vegan specialists.
We host annual community workshop sessions with people both from professional and non professional backgrounds

Ahoɔden – Hair, Skin & Makeup
Ahocden has been created through the essence of Ghanian culture and it’s powerful empowering use of its Adinkra symbols. These symbols are the embodiment of the Ashanti tribe and others, clothes are designed and created to allow the wearer to feel one with his or her garment thus giving something more than just your normal everyday wear.
Every symbol has a story to tell be It wisdom or affirmation, this is what I grew up embracing and I have now utilised this experience to showcase what art & design looks like when fused with modern fashion.
