Jonathan T. Obeng has over 36 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer, practising both in Ghana and the United Kingdom. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and his Masters degree in Concrete Structures from Imperial College in London.

Jonathan worked as Senior Structural Engineer at Powell Toner & Associates and London Borough of Haringey, Structural Division both in the UK before relocating to Ghana to establish RC Engineering in February 1992.

He has a strong belief in simple engineering solutions upon which he has executed all of his projects with exceptional results. He has been involved in the design, detailing and supervision of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structures, structural steelwork, structural masonry and timber designs, working on major projects such as the University of Ghana Medical Centre in Legon, Advantage Place at Ridge, 34 Leadenhall Street, UK and the Accra Psychiatric Hospital Complex, amongst others.

He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

Nana Yaw Obeng has in-depth knowledge in the structural engineering field with over 12 years of experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and his Masters degree in Civil Engineering Structures from City University in UK. He also holds a CPD Degree in Concrete Structures from Imperial College also in the UK and is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

Nana Yaw has been with RC Engineering since 2009 gradually earning his way to the top with his zeal, energy and strong work ethic. He is well abreast with the design, detailing and supervision of reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structures. Some of the projects he has worked on are the Accra Psychiatric Hospital Complex, the University of Ghana Teaching Hospital, Advantage Place at Ridge and Radisson Hotel in Dzorwulu.

For almost a decade, he has been with CCL Ghana as their principal structural coordinating consultant, working with them on major projects such the Multichoice Head office in Abelemkpe, Beyond Project in Dzorwulu and the Signature Project at Shiashie in Accra amongst others. He hopes to continue to build RC into a global brand that is
known for its innovative, cost effective, exceptional yet practical design solutions.

Kwame is a seasoned, innovative and results-oriented project manager & construction engineer. He has over 20 years experience in the built environment, having worked as a construction engineer and a structural detailer as well as managing multi-million-dollar construction projects such as the Riviera Residence, Platinum Place, A&C Corner and more.

He holds a CEM Diploma in Construction and a Post graduate diploma in Project Management from the University College of Estate Management in Reading, UK. He also holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK.

He has demonstrable depth of knowledge and experience in design detailing and standardization of drawings of all forms namely reinforced concrete works, structural steel works and water retaining structural works.

He is an Incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of
Building and Association for Project management in the UK

Frances-Marie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Air Transportation and Aviation Management both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology but has followed her passion into the business of brand building.

She is well-versed in the field of brand communication and brand messaging with almost a decade of experience in arts and designing and is the founder and CEO of Greenwich Services Limited, a design-led brand communications company.

She joined the RC Engineering team with the goal of building our brand and ensuring that the core message is conveyed effectively and efficiently throughout all the company’s communications channels. Her engineering background has instrumentally allowed her to understand and steer RC Engineering unto the right path to actualization of its vision and mission as a brand.

Ebenezer is an insightful civil/structural engineer with 10 years of engineering
experience. He is proficient in design, structural detailing and supervision of
reinforced concrete works, structural steel works and prestressed concrete works.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from KAAF University College. He also Masters in Structural Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and an MSc in Construction Engineering from the University of East London, Newham. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

He worked on the Mprumem Irrigitation Project, the SSNIT Emporium and the
EU-Bam project in Asutuare

Edwin is a civil engineer who has worked in the field for over 12 years. He is proficient in structural detailing and construction supervision and has worked on several projects that range from commercial facilities to residential properties. His construction background is evident in the shop drawings he prepares where he provides practical construction details for easy buildability.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from KAAF University College and is a member of Ghana Institution of Engineer.

Some of the projects he has worked on include the Container Handling and
Devanning Terminal for the Ports and Harbour Authority at Kpone, the Cement
Factory for CIMAF Cement in the Tema Free Zones enclave, Premier Place in Airport Residential Area, Rivonia Ridge Apartments at Roman Ridge, Angels Specialist School International in Tema and the VRA Eye clinic in Akosombo.
